Looking back on The Angel's first year in pictures

It’s the quiet week in between Christmas and New Year’s and The Angel is on holiday break. Before we pick back up in 2024, we wanted to reflect on The Angel’s first year by sharing some of our favorite photographs.

The Angel launched in September with a profile on Nicky Fisher and his new ice cream shop, Fluffy McCloud’s. Since then, we’ve published 25 stories: 5 profiles, 3 shopping pieces, 2 lists, 1 feature (on ike-jime tuna fishing off Catalina Island, our most popular story!), and a chit-chat, plus 13 editions of Plugs. We have plenty more in the works, coming your way next year.
